Ao longo de toda a campanha eleitoral norte-americana o paralelismo entre Barack Obama e Luther King foi referido por muita gente. E não só por uma questão de cor.
Apenas como curiosidade, reparem que na versão completa do discurso de Luthert King há duas expressões repetidas por Barack Obama durante a campanha:
"We cannot walk alone".
"We cannot turn back".
"... until justice rolls down like waters
and righteousness like a mighty stream"

Ainda hoje de manhã, ao ligar a tv e ouvir os primeiros resultados, me lembrei deste Senhor.
Se a vida dps da morte existe, este senhor, assim como Marx devem já ter os maxilares mais que doridos de tanto sorrir ao olhar para o que se passa cá por baixo.
